Administration Administration The executive teams are responsible for strategic planning, policies, employee and resident satisfaction, financial stewardship, and more. Continuing Care Continuing Care This department includes specialists in skilled nursing care, inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, and assisted living care. Development Development This department is responsible for designing, building, managing, and supervising construction at both new and existing communities. Dining Dining Each community features multiple on-site dining venues operated by a staff‰ composed of chefs, managers, and servers. Finance Finance The finance department manages operating revenue and expenses, resident billing, and assists all employees in being fiscally responsible. General Services General Services This team is responsible for maintenance in addition to overseeing on-site transportation and providing 24-hour campus security. Human Resources Human Resources The human resources team handles all matters related to employees, including recruiting, training, benefits, compensation, payroll, and events. Information Technology Information Technology The IT team supports the technological requirements of each department and individual employee. Each community has its own staff‰. Marketing & Communication Marketing & Communication This department provides strategic direction and advertising content in addition to overseeing internal communications, public relations, and more. Medical Center Medical Center Each Erickson Living community has an on-site medical center staff‰ed by full-time physicians, nurse practitioners, and specialists. Resident Life Resident Life This department is comprised of social workers, home support specialists, pastoral ministries, and more who assist residents in day-to-day life.
